About Me

I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Facilitator and I offer counselling and psychotherapy sessions to individuals, couples and groups on a weekly basis. My practice is based on person centred principles, which means that our work will focus on you – your thoughts, your feelings, your behaviours and your experience of the world.

What I Offer

It can be hard to acknowledge that you are not feeling okay, and even harder pretending that you are. If you’re struggling to cope with something, or you feel lost, or stuck, if you’re unhappy in your relationship/marriage, or you’ve lost a loved one, or you feel numb or detached after experiencing something traumatic; I may be able to help.

I provide a warm, compassionate and confidential space in which you can begin to gently get in touch with your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, behaviours and uncover anything that has been deeply buried. We can work together for an agreed period of time or we could leave it open-ended to explore at greater depth. You can decide what feels right for you!

I have a limited number of face-to-face spaces at my private practice, which is at Brighter Spaces in Islington, and I strictly adhere to the government safety guidelines concerning face coverings and social distancing.
