My name is Georgina and I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist and counsellor at Resolute Psychology & Counselling. I also work as an Assistant Psychologist, supporting Looked After Children in both residential and educational settings.
At the heart of my work is the relationship that I build with you. I believe that therapy can make a real difference and working with the right therapist can offer the opportunity for improved well-being and growth.
What I Offer
I work with adults and young people, specialising in supporting those affected by bereavement, loss, grief, anxiety, and childhood trauma. If you have found your way here, you are already on your way to finding additional support. You may be struggling to manage emotions or feel emotionally numb, experiencing unpredictable anxiety, or overwhelming feelings of emptiness and a deep sense of loneliness.
We can work for a few sessions or over a longer period. I will provide a safe, confidential and empathic environment. The integrative approach I use enables us to address your needs in a way and a timeframe that suits you. Together we will identify what you need, and I will support you in developing your emotional well-being, self-compassion, self-awareness and acceptance to address any changes you wish to make.
