About Me

I am a qualified psychotherapist offering an integrative approach, blending Gestalt,
Psychodynamic, and Humanistic theories to personalize sessions based on your unique
needs. With a rich professional background in recruitment and Human Resources within
the financial sector, both in the UK and abroad, I bring a distinctive perspective to my
practice.
I value and celebrate diversity, having worked with individuals from various
backgrounds, orientations, and belief systems. Committed to cultural competence, I
create a respectful and inclusive therapeutic space.
In addition to my private practice, I actively contribute to mental health advocacy
through workshops and lead support groups such as Grief &Loss, Relationship with
food and Self- Esteem emphasizing a holistic approach for growth.

 

What I offer

I understand the demands of busy schedules and offer both short and long-term
sessions. While weekly sessions are ideal, I am flexible and can accommodate
sessions based on your availability and circumstances.
Sessions are conducted in both English and Spanish, recognizing the importance of
connecting in one’s mother tongue for enhanced communication and understanding. I
also speak Italian.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BAPC),
demonstrating my commitment to upholding ethical standards and continuous
professional development.
My aim is to empower clients cultivating a collaborative environment for personal growth
and development.

  •  Anxiety and depression, I offer support for individuals navigating a spectrum of
    mood disorders. Employing a tailored approach, I focus on symptom
    management, pattern understanding, and provide assistance for conditions such
    as generalized anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, and bipolar disorder.
  • Specializing in the dynamics of relationships, I support individuals through life changes that influence their connections with others and themselves. Emphasizing on fostering healthy relationships, navigating life transitions and facilitating personal growth.
  • Grief & Loss supporting individuals through the grieving process, whether due to death, divorce, or other significant losses or changes.
