About Me

Having spent over a decade working in the health and fitness industry prior to training as a psychologist, I have a particular interest in issues relating to the body, including weight, emotional eating and pain. I also have a strong interest in grief and loss and am experienced in working with clients who struggle with a range of other difficulties including anxiety, depression, loneliness, LGBT issues and trauma.

I currently work for the NHS alongside my private practice and have consulted for an array of organisations on health related matters, including the BBC, Sky News, ITV, The Guardian, The Times and Tescos.

What I Offer

I offer an empathic, collaborative and individualised approach to therapy, in which we work together as a team to help you make sense of the issues you are facing. I draw on a range of psychotherapeutic models to find the approach that works best for you, so that you can move forward more happily.

It’s important that you feel that there is a good fit between you, your therapist and the approach you both take towards helping you move forward. If you are interested in working with me, please do get in touch so we can have a brief conversation about the challenges you are facing and how we might be able to work together.
