Hi! I’m a registered nutritional therapist and naturopath AKA the Health Detective!
I love seeing clients on a one to basis and helping them optimise their health. As a qualified teacher, I also love giving health talks and educating others.
I was voted Clinician of the Year by the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2017 and work at Grayshott Medical Spa on their world-renowned Gut Health regime.
What I Offer
As a client of mine you’re a crime scene!
By putting my forensic glasses on I look for clues that will tell me why you’re feeling unwell, what’s causing it, what’s driving it and how do we solve it! I might ask you what your Granny died of or randomly ask whether you have any fungal toenails? In addition, I’m also extremely interested in how your bowels are working. Now this may seem strange but as Hippocrates wisely said “all disease begins in the gut”. Without a doubt, your gut holds the key!
By working with me, I promise that you will be educated in understanding why your body isn’t working optimally, you will be equipped with the tools that you need to restore your health and you will be activated to do it!

I trained at the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine in London where I trained in the principles of Functional Medicine, a science-based method that assesses and treats the underlying causes of symptoms. I am registered and regulated by the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and the General Naturopathic Council as well as being a member of the Complimentary and Natural Health Care council. I strongly believe in evidence based nutrition and I’m committed to continually furthering my knowledge. As part of my Continuing Professional Development, I regularly attend conferences and seminars to gain further insight into specialised health topics and to keep thoroughly up-to-date.
