About Me

I am a Counsellor/Psychotherapist and Mentor passionate about transforming how people think and feel about themselves.

I have close to 2-decades experience of working with in Mental Health, first as a Neurology Nurse and now as a Psychotherapist. I have lived in several different countries and understand some of the challenges this brings. I am warm, compassionate and approachable.

I know from experience that feeling better about life often begins with investing in self.
