About Me

I am an integrative psychotherapist & counsellor and I have a diverse professional and cultural background.

I have extensive clinical experience working with mental health charities, wellbeing organizations, healthcare providers, occupation health companies, as well as in private practice.

Previously, I spent 10 years in the corporate world in the financial services working in specialist HR in London.

Before moving to London, I managed my own business offering translation and interpretation services abroad. I worked with local business and government authorities as well as a global steel corporation. I speak Hungarian, Slovak and Czech.

What I offer

I am an integrative practitioner. This means that I combine a number of psychological and psychotherapeutic theories and approaches such as psychodynamic, person-centered, developmental and attachment theory, body-mind integration and inter-personal and relational therapy. I tailor these to the needs of each client individually.

I work with adults over 18 who have general mental health issues, or may be struggling with aspects of themselves or might be going through difficult life and work events and stresses.

I have a special interest in the relationship with the body, the size and shape of it, and how this can manifest in the relationship with eating and food, especially when trauma is involved.

This led me to deepen my expertise in trauma treatment. I have recently completed an EMDR training – Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing, which helps process traumatic memories and experiences.

I also offer Critical Incident Debrief sessions. These are group sessions offered after a critical incident at work. For more details please get in touch.

I am passionate about diversity and I offer an LGBTQ inclusive space.
